Delivery Information
Standard Delivery:
- Our standard delivery service is available for all orders within the UK.
- Orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
- Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Standard delivery is free for orders over £50. For orders below £50, a delivery fee of £4.99 will be applied.
Express Delivery:
- Express delivery is available for an additional fee of £9.99.
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be processed and dispatched the same business day.
- Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days from the date of dispatch.
International Delivery:
- We offer international delivery to selected countries.
- Delivery times and charges vary depending on the destination.
- Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- You can track your order through our courier partner’s website using the tracking number provided.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward returns process.
Returns Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
- Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom-made products, and personal care items, are not eligible for return.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact our Customer Service team at admin@ammarukgroup.co.uk to initiate the return process.
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
- Pack the item securely, including all original packaging, and clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Service team. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or faulty.
Exchanges:
- If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the returns process and place a new order for the desired item.
- We will process the refund for the returned item once we receive and inspect it.
Damaged or Faulty Items:

- We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover any return shipping costs.
